1. Request the access token
- Send an e-mail to npotleca@ogs.it
- Subject: Token request for the COLLALTO network
- In the body state your first name, surname, e-mail address and organisation.
You will receive a signed
token.asc file.
The e-mail address you provide is enabled on the service manually, by the administrator: downloads are
granted to that address.
2. Create temporary credentials
Run this command in the folder containing token.asc:
Command to obtain temporary credentials
curl --data-binary @token.asc "https://nat-scp-srv.ogs.it/fdsnws/dataselect/1/auth" -o cred.txt
Command copied.
You will get a
cred.txt file with a user:password pair valid for
24 hours. When the user:password pair expires, repeat only this command: the token
remains valid until its own expiry date, and only then must it be requested again.
3. Select the data
Available channels differ from station to station: the list below updates according to the stations you select.
4. Download the data
Run this command in the folder containing cred.txt:
Download command generated from your selection
# Complete the form above to get the command.
Command copied.
Your selection includes channels that do not exist on every selected station.
This is not an error: the service returns what it finds. The file will be smaller than
expected, and this is why.
